Charles Aigbona – Executive Secretary

Charles is a renowned Pharmacist. He has operated a Community Pharmacy and rendered Consultancy Services to several Organizations.  He is a professional Master of Ceremonies (MC) and was a tv presenter. He has been a Consultant to educational and social welfare NGOs. Charles is on work-life balance expert.  He has organized conferences and Workshops on the Productivity effect of Family Friendly policies. He has participated in several international and local Work-Family Conferences and Workshops and has worked with several schools and centres for boys on leadership and mentorship. He was the lead facilitator in the Work-Life Balance training of the Elective Course at Lagos Business School. Charles was the Conference Manager of the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI) for several years. He later headed the Research and Advocacy Department before his current role as the current Executive Secretary of the same institute. Charles Aigbona has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from The University of Benin, Benin City. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS). He is currently a PhD Candidate at the Pan Atlantic University (PAU), where he is conducting research on Work-Life Integration among the employee and residents of Lagos State.

 

Akubue Ifeyinwa – Media and Communications Manager

Ifeyinwa is a seasoned and dynamic media and communications manager with a wealth of experience in the industry. Although a degree in Microbiology, Ifeyinwa has a proven track record of successful campaigns, he possesses a keen understanding of various media and social media platforms and audience engagement strategies. Her exceptional communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives make her a driving force in shaping brand identity and fostering positive public relations. Ifeyinwa is adept at managing crisis situations with composure and tact, ensuring the organization maintains a favourable image in challenging times.

In her spare time, Ifeyinwa enjoys exploring emerging trends in digital media and. attending industry conferences to stay at the forefront of media innovations. She also has a passion for poster design and video editing and is excellent at what she does. A natural leader, Ifeyinwa fosters a collaborative work environment, empowering her team members to excel and achieve outstanding results, with her strategic mindset and creativity, she continues to make a significant impact in the world of media and communications.

Onyinye Ezeugbor – Programme Manager

Onyinye Ezeugbor is an experienced Programmes Manager, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects and initiatives. With about 5 years of experience in program management, she possesses a deep understanding of project lifecycles, resource allocation, and stakeholder management. Her expertise lies in driving cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints. She excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster a collaborative work environment. She joined the Institute for Work and Family Integration in late 2015 as a Research Associate and grew with the organization while providing support to other departments and later assuming the role of Program manager in late 2020. Prior to that, she tutored students in some secondary schools while instructing and guiding them in overcoming the challenges they encounter in their school subjects. She is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka where she majored in Education Economics.  She is currently undergoing the MBA Program of the Prestigious Lagos Business School of Pan Atlantic University.
